So far this year we have initiated more members than we have done for years and our resignations are down, giving us a very positive outlook, but we know we can do more. We could not have achieved this result without your help and hard work.
Following on from the belonging survey, and the membership facilitation meetings, the province has been able to capture true data regarding what our members want, and how they would like to assist in making Berkshire a thriving Province.
I am also looking for honest and positive feedback on how you believe the province is performing, to make your freemasonry relevant, enjoyable, value for money and providing you with a true sense of belonging, and where the Berkshire Province can continue to improve.
Please let me know how you think you can assist and what help or skillset you can offer the province.
Berkshire is “The Special Province” and this is only achievable because of its members and their families. The key component to our province is our shared philosophy in having fun and enjoyment.
You can provide feedback to me in strictest confidence by logging onto the Provincial Website, click on the tab “Provincial Grand Lodge” and then “Tell us what you think”.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely and fraternally,

Gerry Preston, PJGD
Assistant Provincial Grand Master
