It is with sadness that I have learned that W Bro Len Starling PSGD passed to the Grand Lodge above last Saturday 27th April 2024 after a long illness. He was well known and respected throughout the Province. He will be missed by us all.
Initiated into Victoria Lodge in 1985, he served the Province well for many years as Provincial Communications Officer, as Provincial Grand Director of Ceremonies and as an Assistant Provincial Grand Master from 2013-2017. He was also active in Prince Arthur of Connaught Chapter for 20 years and held the rank of Past Provincial Grand Registrar in the Royal Arch.
Our sincere condolences are extended to his wife Janet and to his family at this difficult time.
Anthony Howlett-Bolton OBE
Provincial Grand Master and Grand Superintendent
