In an interesting meeting on Thursday 4th September, Hungerford Chapter welcomed 11 new joining members to boost their dwindling numbers. At the same time they ballotted their members to repurpose the Chapter to the Scrum Chapter. They will now await a decision from the Grand Superintendent to move the affiliation from the Hungerford Chapter to the Scrum Chapter.
In the same meeting E.Comp. Prof. Andrew Holmes was confirmed as MEZ for another year, E.Comp.Robin McGregor was installed as Haggai and E.Comp Ian Wharton ProvGMO was installed as Joshua.
During the Fourth Rising E.Comp Ian Wharton announced that the first outing for the chapter will be to watch a rugby match at Newbury in October.
