Freemasons’ donations for relief in Ukraine

The special “Relief Chest” set up by the Masonic Charity Foundation (MCF) for Freemasons to make donations for humanitarian work in Ukraine has already received in excess of £560,000. The response from members across the constitution has been tremendous and will enable Freemasonry to respond to the crisis in a meaningful and impactful way.

The MCF has announced grants of £100.000 each to the five charities listed below together with the main focus of each charity.

UK for UNHCR – the UN Refugee agencyEmergency Shelter and protection supplies
UNICEFHealth and emergency supplies
Plan International UKChild protection and resettlement
British Red CrossRefugee support and protection
The Refugee CouncilRefugee support and advice
