A brilliant day out was had by a large contingent of Berkshire Brethren at Great Queen Street for the UGLE Quarterly Communications Meeting. During the Meeting the attendees which numbered around 2,000 were treated to an interview with Team GB Paralympian and Freemason, Ben Pritchard, who won Gold for England in the rowing. Ben showed off his gold medal and invited Brethren for photographs with his medal afterwards. For five Berkshire Brethren, it was their first visit to Great Queen Street and they thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Lunch after the meeting was held at the Hilton Double Tree hotel in Holborn. During the lunch and following his recent trip to Dubai, Deputy Provincial Grand Master, Mark Heppelthwaite, with much amusement, presented a Christmas gift the Provincial Grand master of a pack of Camel-shaped biscuits.
