Thames Valley Motorcycle Lodge No 9885

The Lodge was Founded in July 2013, and is open to anyone in the Thames Valley area with an interest in motorcycling – members do not have to own or ride a bike!

The Lodge meets three times a year on the Second Tuesday in March (Installation), Second Thursday in May and Fourth Tuesday in July. Meetings generally start at 6pm but may start earlier if required by the agenda. We dine at Sindlesham.

As with all biker’s organisations, we pride ourselves on the friendliness of our welcome. Any suitably qualified Brother is more than welcome to arrange a visit. We are particularly keen to hear from anyone interested in joining our Lodge whether as a new mason or as a joining member.

In addition to the Lodge meetings, we have regular ride-outs (last Sunday of the month during the summer). Members also organise longer trips both in the UK and abroad. We try to visit and support other motorcycling Lodges, of which there an increasing number. We regularly liaise with the Widow’s Sons and AMMA.

The Lodge runs a Benevolent Fund which is registered charity. As a new Lodge we are in the early stages of building up this fund, but we plan to support both Masonic and other charities.
