Lodge Meetings

Constructors Lodge was consecrated on the 15th September 2017 at Sindlesham Masonic Centre. It was created with 31 Founder members, VW Bro Colin Hayes being one who was so inspirational, sadly passed shortly after the consecration. Approx 140 attended.

The Lodge was the brainchild of W Bro Gerry Preston who was the first Master, it does have unique qualities and a fine membership of talented brethren. Fund raising for the BMBF and the 2023 Festival have featured at the top of our agenda. At the consecration meeting c£3500 was raised for the BMBF and handed to the PGM, RW Bro Martin Peters at that first Festive Board.
We have set a target of a Platinum Award for the 2023 Festival and from info passed to me by the Charity Steward we are almost half way through that target to date.

The Founders comprised of brethren associated with the construction industry but is now open to all. We have three joining members since the consecration and our first initiate joined in January 2019.

The IPM passes to Tyler the year following. The Lodge meets in September 3rd Thursday (Installation meeting) 4th Tuesday in May and 2nd Saturday in January which is a breakfast meeting.

The Lodge will be holding a summer BBQ, Hog Roast and Picnic at a members farm on the 21st July 2019 to raise money for the 2023 Festival.
