Upcoming Meetings

Founded in 1930 The Aldworth Lodge is closely associated with Aldworth’s Hospital The Reading Blue Coat School which itself was founded in 1646 and is similar in many respects to Christ’s Hospital at Horsham.

No longer a lodge restricted to Old Blues it is open to those for whom private education is an acceptable principle as it supports the school in various ways with prizes for pupils as well as honouring many school traditions at its lodge dinners.

The members take great pride in upholding the best that freemasonry has to offer, by fostering friendship and charity, by extending a warm welcome and a caring culture, and by trying to ensure maximum involvement and enjoyment. We aim to achieve high standards in all that we do and we have an enviable reputation for some of the most lively dinners in the Province of Berkshire. One of its principal landmarks is reflected by the school motto of Veritas Omnia Vincit — Truth Conquers All.

Meetings: Held at the Berkshire Masonic Centre, Sindlesham, Wokingham, on the first Saturday in March, October and December, and the third Saturday in June.
